Nurturing the feminine

As well as acupuncture for fertility, I have a special interest in treating women’s health in general. With its holistic approach to treatment, acupuncture can be beneficial at various stages in your life. You might be experiencing the effects of a stressful experience, traumatic event, or at a particular stage in your life where you are noticing the effects of hormonal imbalances, prior to, or during your menopause.
If you are looking for alternative or complementary support to assist you, then acupuncture could be the answer.

It can help to optimise a woman’s endocrine system, regulate the nervous system and stimulate the release of endorphins which are the “feel good” hormones, in turn calming the mind.

How can it help me?

Women’s Health Testimonials

I went to Rebecca for acupuncture to treat Endometriosis that I suffer from. It has helped enormously with the pain and side effects from this condition. Acupuncture was also a great help through a very stressful period in my life and I felt more able to cope emotionally and it restored my energy levels when I was at my lowest.

Rebecca was recommended to me in 2016 after a breast cancer diagnosis, because of her experience of supporting cancer patients. She has helped enormously over the last three years with a range of symptoms, mainly related to menopause but also as a result of cancer drugs side effects. She has been kind, compassionate and committed to improving my health, supporting me through a series of unexpected ‘life events’ which has helped with my mental as well as physical well- being.
